National Fiddle Champion Alex Depue gave a concert at Michael's home church, and Michael had the opportunity to join in not only on piano but drums as well. Alex won National Fiddling Championships in 1999, 2000, and 2005, and has been ranked amongst the nation's top 10 fiddlers steadily throughout the last decade.
