Dr. Griffin is an outstanding jazz trumpetist on staff at Ohio Wesleyan University. Michael and Larry led worship together on a weekly basis at Liberty Presbyterian Church. Specializing in 'jazzing up' old hymns, Larry helped influence Michael to take up jazz piano during college. Michael still uses similar arrangements of those old hymns in worship today.
